Sunbathing Hangzhou Veggies

Took this as I was walking a side street back to the hotel in Hangzhou. Couldn’t help but stop and think what the purpose was for laying out these veggies like so. If you have any ideas, please I’m interested to hear your thoughts. This gets tacked on the list of weird things I’ve seen during my travels.
