Jia Jia Tang Bao

So everyone knows Shanghai is known for their 小龍包 (xiao long bao). I got recommended to Jia Jia Tang Bao for their great quality and price.

This place is quite popular so expect to wait in line for a bit. Once you’re in put in your order and grab a seat. Waiting for my food I went to witness the making of xiao long bao.

Then it comes out a little something like this. There’s a few different kinds you can choose from, and this one here was crab. It was the only kind they had left as the popular ones were sold out already. They were well worth the wait.
