Lot of times you’ll run into individuals who set up a small stands in crowded locations selling miscellaneous products. Since these people don’t have a license to sell, the stands are usually built for the run. Meaning, they are easily packable, light in weight, and portable. From what I’ve seen there are a few people involved. Two or three on the look out for officials and one chanting prices for what they’re selling and handling purchases.

Items sold can range from umbrellas, earphones, to DVDs. In the case of this photo it was purses at very cheap prices. Talk about hustling, this intersection is very busy and runs a high risk of getting caught. Can’t blame them for trying to make that extra buck though.
