Eel In Wan Chai

If you think eel is bad I’ve eaten much worse, believe me. Ever had panda meat? Bet you haven’t.

Ok, neither have I, but eel doesn’t come close to being a foreign food here. It’s not one of my favorites, but I still chew down a few pieces before giving in. The texture of the meat is what gets me, but it’s really a matter of self preference.
