Chinese Beef Brisket Curry

Temperatures have suddenly dropped in Hong Kong, and although I don’t consider 11 degrees to be cold, I still needed something to warm up my stomach. At one of my regular food joints eating a favorite dish of mine that comes out sizzling hot. The presentation may not look so appetizing, but once the smell fills your nostrils you’ll just dig right in.
