Macau Hotels And Casinos At Night

About a year back, I made a post showing the newly built hotels and casinos on Cotai in Macau.  Well two to be exact, the Grand Waldo and the Venetian.  A year later, I’m back to showcase new additions to the Cotai island in all night shots.

Although the Venetian was open and operational a year ago, it was still under heavy construction as additions were being added around the casino.

Here we are at the front of the Venetian.

To the left of the Venetian is the Macau Four Seasons Hotel.

A look at the Venetian from across the street.

And across the street is where we have the brand new City of Dreams comprised of the Crown Towers, Hard Rock Hotel, and Grand Hyatt.

Nice water display in front of the Crown which alternates colors.

City of Dreams is owned by the prince of Macau, Lawrence Ho.  Stanley Ho’s son that is.

More of Stanley’s hotel and casinos.

Our night journey ends at the golden panda in front of MGM Grand eagerly awaiting Square Eight.  Crazy to think what all can happen in the span of a year.  Many of the construction efforts on other casinos have actually halted due to the economic downturn, so I’m very anxious to see what happens in the years to come.
