Honda U3-X

Honda recently announced its U3-X prototype which is a self-balancing transporter similar to the Segway. The U3-X weighs only 22 lbs, travels up to 4 miles an hour, and maneuvers simply based on a persons weight shift. This robotic unicycle runs for about an hour on a lithium ion battery and can pave the way for indoor transportation especially for the elderly and disabled. Honda currently has no plans of selling the U3-X.
