.flv files seem to play perfectly fine for me, but my issue is also with .mp4 files. They go unrecognized, but I'm not so concerned since I watch mainly .avi clips. Please let me know if you figure out the .mp4 issue though.

I use keepvid.com to rip .flv files from youtube which seems to work fine. Again, ripping .mp4 using this site did not work on the player.

Thanks for the reply, if I get an English manual I will let you know!

Btw, I tried to play some .flv and mp4 files I downloaded from youtube and the .flv would not play, and the player did not even recognize (ie. display in the video file folder menu) the mp4 files! Did you have to do some file conversion before they worked on your player?

thanks,

Gary,
Canada

My manual happened to be in Chinese as well and there doesn't seem to be a free English manual I can find anywhere.

Controls should be simple enough, but just remember the player will not charge through the USB port.
